the work undertaken by the Company is backed
by the NFRC insurance scheme.
Membership of the National Federation
of Roofing Contractors is strictly limited
and Lacy Roofing’s continued membership is
an indication to its ongoing commitment to
quality and excellence.
Lacy Roofing Services
are roofing specialists based in the
Merseyside area. We have 32 years experience
in the repair and supply of traditional and
modern roofing. We are fully insured and our
range of services includes new roofs and
repairs to:

concrete tiles

stone roofs
· vertical
tile hanging
· felting
· lead
work
· flashing
· chimney
rebuilds, repair and re-pointing

plastic, cast iron, aluminium
The
company is registered with the C.I.T.B
(Construction Industry Training Board) and
employs apprentices registered with the
board.
The
company has a direct labour force of roofers
who hold C.S.C.S. registration cards. The
apprentices attend regular block courses at
Bolton College studying towards N.V.Q. Level
III. During
periods of high activity the company will
employ bona fide sub-contract tilers
registered with the Inland Revenue.
These workers carry their own
insurance and are used only for specific
contracts.
The labour involved is known to the company
due to Lacy Roofing’s long establishment
and are often ex – employees trained by
the company.
Currently Lacy Roofing is training
all its subcontractor workforce towards full
Construction Skills Certification Scheme
accreditation (C.S.C.S.).
We pride ourselves on providing a first
