We provide a comprehensive range of roofing services associated with work to pitched and flat roofs including:
Slating
including new slating, strip and recover work using natural and man-made slates.
Tiling
including new tiling, strip and recover work using many varieties of tiles from all the major manufacturers.
Flat Roofing
including built up felt roofing, liquid applied and single-ply rubber membrane.
Leadwork
including new and repair work to sheeting, flashing and guttering. All our staff are trained in leadwork and we also have a small specialist team for demanding bespoke jobs.
Roofline
including striping existing fascia/soffits and supply and fixing new. Guttering, strip existing and supply and fix new using materials from all the major manufacturers.
Chimney
including taking down existing and re-building in new or reclaimed bricks, re-pointing, re-flaunching, gas turn off's and the complete removal of redundant stacks.
The work we carry out ranges from small repairs, maintenance to major contracts for new build or regeneration, using a wide range of materials, specifications and skills.
As we also employ a highly skilled maintenance team we have been able to carry out a range of other building works for our clients such as rendering, installing windows, plumbing, tiling and landscaping.

A brief history
Lacy Roofing Ltd was founded in 1971 by Perry Lacy and Phil Bowes. Over the years the company built up an excellent reputation as a traditional roofing contractor carrying out work for local contractors.
In 1998 Robert Lacy joined the company with a vision of expanding the business throughout the North West. From this the company grew and soon established a reputation undertaking large contracts with local authorities and government institutions throughout the North of England. Due to the rapid growth of the company it's soon outgrew its original premises at Park Road, Liverpool. So in 1999 the company relocated to new purpose built accommodation at 12-30 Parliament Street Liverpool 8 to accommodate our growing work force.
In mid 2007 Lacy Roofing Ltd had a management take over by members of there management team. Both Nick Hooper and Paul Ferguson who had worked for Lacy Roofing for a number of years and have over 50 years of experience between them within the construction industry, decided that it was the right time for them to take the helm at Lacy Roofing.
Since then Lacy Roofing has never looked back we have continued to grow year on year to become one of the largest independant roofing contractors in the north of England.
